To get cashback from ShopBack, just follow this step-by-step guide below.

1. Log in to your ShopBack account via email address: select 'Use email address' enter your email address and password and click 'Sign in'. 

If you have signed up for a ShopBack account with Facebook. Select ''Facebook''

If you have signed up for a ShopBack account with Apple ID. Select ''Sign in with Apple''

2. Browse & Click on any merchant through ShopBack application or website www.shopback.co.th that you wish to purchase products/services. Make sure that you have read the terms and conditions of the merchant before continuing to the merchant's application/website.

3. ShopBack will redirect to the merchant's application/website that you want to purchase products/services. 

4. Select a product/service that you want to purchase without leaving the merchant application/website before completing your purchase. 

5. If you want to continue to make another purchase, please ensure that you come back and click through ShopBack before continuing to make a new purchase order and follow step 3 onwards. 

To ensure that you will receive cashback every time you use ShopBack. We recommend you to clear browsing data(Cookie/cache) or browse our website in Incognito mode to increase the effectiveness of cashback tracking.
