How do I verify my bank account information?

Once you have saved your bank details in your ShopBack account, you will receive an email requesting for you to verify your details, click on the button in the email within 30 minutes and your bank account should be verified.

If you can't find the email, please try to search in the spam box or searching in your email box with "ShopBack" or hello@email.myshopback.co.th 

If you are facing issues, please try again and ensure this time you close the ShopBack app/logout of ShopBack website before clicking on the verify link in the email. An alternative will be to verify your account in a web browser in incognito/private browsing mode.
