What should I do if I do not receive my OTP?
If you did not receive the OTP upon sign up, not to worry! At times, missing OTPs are due to areas with poor reception, a mobile device issue, or network traffic congestion.
Here are some troubleshooting suggestions:
1) Move to an open area with strong reception
2) Request again within 10-15 minutes
