I have already unsubscribed, but I am still receiving newsletters. What do I do?

There are 3 types of email notifications from ShopBack.

1) Marketing promotional newsletters that keep you updated on our latest promotions, deals, and upsized Cashback.

2) ShopBack account and Bank Verification email.

3. Cashback transaction notifications or account setting emails that notify you when you perform an action on ShopBack.

Unfortunately, we do not allow users to unsubscribe from the Cashback transaction notification emails due to security reasons.

We want to keep users notified of any account activity that may take place. However, you should not be receiving any more marketing promotional newsletters. If you still are, please reach out to us on live chat agents LiveChat! or through e-mail at  ShopBack Help, every Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm (except public holidays).
