My Cashback expired. What do I do?

The terms and conditions of ShopBack's expired Cashback begin with a reminder email sent to users approximately 2 months before the Cashback expires. This is to ensure users' accounts remain active (at least 1 purchase transaction is made via ShopBack within a period of 1 year) or all available Cashback will be expired.

Understand that earning Cashback takes time and it is rightfully yours. Before contacting us for the Cashback reinstatement, kindly make sure that your ShopBack account is back active, by making a transaction and getting a Cashback tracked. 

Expired Cashback can only be reinstated as Bonus for ONE TIME ONLY.

 Like other Bonuses, user would need to accumulate RM10 Available Balance for the Expired Cashback that is reinstated as Bonus to be unlocked to become 'Confirmed'.

Once the transaction is tracked, do reach out to us here and we will proceed to help you regain your Cashback once more.
